The Horizontal Cylindrical Autoclave is a robust and high-performance sterilization system engineered for medical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications. Built with premium SS 304 stainless steel and equipped with advanced safety and control features, it ensures reliable and uniform sterilization performance.

Construction & Design

  • Triple-walled cylindrical horizontal chamber

  • Mounted on sturdy heavy-duty M.S. painted square stand

  • Inner chamber, door lid, jacket, boiler & outer jacket cover made of SS 304

  • Separate steam boiler positioned below the main body

  • Single / Double hinged door

  • Manual radial locking system (nickel-coated mild steel)

  • Pressure locking system prevents door opening when chamber is pressurized

  • SS bottom plate prevents load contact with condensate

  • Chamber & jacket made of 14 SWG stainless steel

Energy Efficient & Insulated

  • Industrial-grade energy-efficient heaters reduce power consumption

  • High-grade fiber / mineral glass wool insulation between jacket and outer cover

Advanced Safety Features

  • Chamber pressure gauge & jacket compound gauge

  • Spring-loaded safety valve

  • Steam release valve

  • Automatic vacuum breaker

  • Automatic pressure control switch (cuts off heater at 18–20 PSI)

  • Water level indicator with glass gauge

  • Easily replaceable heaters

  • Hydraulically tested at 40 PSI (2.5 times operating pressure)

Digital PID Temperature Controller

  • LED display for set and process values

  • Built-in automatic digital timer

  • Automatic heater cut-off after cycle completion
